Spotlight Feature: Revenge of the Wii, Part 1
In the take-no-prisoners environment of the video game console industry,
Nintendo was not so long ago considered an also-ran. The video game
console pioneer and one-time market leader had been out-maneuvered and
outsold by video game juggernaut Sony and even upstart entrant Microsoft
as their respective PlayStation and Xbox platforms made Nintendo's
offerings look like childrens' toys in comparison.

Editor's Pick: TiVo Makes the PC Its Second Home
TiVo is teaming up with Nero to bring a new video recording solution to
the PC. The companies announced Nero LiquidTV/TiVo PC on Monday. The
product will offer TiVo functions from a computer, without the need for
a set-top box. The system will be marketed toward both existing TiVo
users and families that don't currently have digital video recording
devices.

Readers' Pick: Android vs. iPhone: No Contest for Developers

of the market's commercial pulses, as consumers began to salivate over
the iPhone contender and new latest thing.

Consumer Highlight: The Digital TV Switch and You
D-day -- the day television broadcast signals switch from analog to
digital -- is less than five months away. While the Federal
Communications Commission and broadcasters like ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX
have spent recent months informing the viewing public about the switch,
there's still a lot of confusion about what it all means among viewers
with various ways of receiving programming.

Hot Topic: Apple Goes a Little Less Medieval on Devs
In a surprise move, Apple has relented in its insistence that third-
party application developers for the wildly popular iPhone sign a
nondisclosure agreement before their applications can be made available
for download on the iPhone App Store. Apple dropped the NDA because it
was too burdensome for developers and others, according to the company.
